Hello! My name is Kayla Jones, and I am the Executive Director and founder of Polished Professional Services.
Over the last 20 years, I have built my career and specialized in understanding how to support the operations of business through structure and the development of its people. The fasted and most fruitful path to success of any business is by cultivating trusting relationships within the organization first, then allowing that foundation to radiate outside the walls of the business to plant seeds for growth. ​

It is my passion to help businesses and ultimately, people, find their own unique path to their own success story. Every business and every person holds a unique recipe to their own creation in life. I thrive in helping to build that path and provide tools and resources to get them there.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing with plants, kitchen dance parties, and experiencing the joys of life with my family and friends.
